General Order FAQS

SHIPPING POLICY
RA ELEMENT SHIPPING DAYS: TUES & FRI

Custom orders ship immediately upon completion. All items ship USPS First Class Mail now with tracking. You also have the option to select Priortiy when checking out. All orders are shipped in brightly colored, fashionable waterproof bags making it that much more of happy mail! Each order is packed with hardback mailers to protect contents.

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail depending on the size of the order. After your order has been shipped, you will be emailed confirmation and tracking number. Orders shipping within the US typically reach their destination within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 10am CST will be processed on the next shipping day.

RETURNS
I don't issue refunds/exchanges unless the incorrect product was shipped. However my shop is very personal to me and I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have a concern about your item, please message me and we will work together on a positive solution :).


CANCELLATIONS
Orders in progress and canceled prior to shipment will be refunded in full less a $5.00 processing fee. Orders already shipped, can not be canceled.

HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
I love custom orders so just message me with your request! A lot of my items are not yet listed in my shop so I might already have what your looking for :). During major US holidays (like 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas) I typically have a wait list so it's best to contact me prior to these times for faster turnaround. Custom sticker packs have a minimum $10 design charge for basic design. Dashboards and other planner add-on pages have a minimum design charge of $25. These charges might vary slightly depending on the complexity &/or level of customization you request.

Digital Download FAQS

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY FILES PURCHASED IN YOUR SHOP?
You will receive an email with download links.

I PURCHASED ONE OF YOUR DOWNLOADS. NOW WHAT?
All of my digitals are in PDF format which can be opened with Adobe Reader, a free program. In some instances I have also included JPG or PNG files. If for whatever reason you need a different file type after ordering, message me and I'll be happy to accommodate!

HOW DO I PRINT YOUR FILES?
For best quality I recommend using a laser printer. If you don't have one, print shops like Office Depot and Staples will gladly print what you need. Call your local store for their email address to send them the file along with instructions on how you want it printed OR take it to them in person on a USB flash drive. They will be able to print any file you purchase from my shop. I personally recommend Office Depot because you can easily order your prints online and have it waiting at your local store for pickup. All prints made from my digital files are for personal use only.

WHAT PAPER SHOULD I USE?
I typically use 28-32 lb paper for planner page use which is thicker than traditional copy paper and accepts inks and stamping well. I also like to use that paper for dashboards (one pg for front/one for back) then laminate for less bulk. For extra sturdy dashboards and art prints I would suggest standard or heavy white cardstock depending on your desired thickness. If you plan to use a full service print shop (like Office Depot) they do not charge for regular paper, only for printing, so be sure not to purchase paper ahead of time if you're using one of these places :)  {Note: if you want to use special media paper like gloss, cardstock, etc. they DO charge for those so in that case it's cheaper to bring your own}

CAN YOU HELP ME USE MY COMPUTER/LAPTOP, SOFTWARE OR PRINTER TO PRINT YOUR DOWNLOADS?
As much as I'd like to offer technical support to everyone who asks, I am only one person and my shop is a full time job so time is not readily available for this. I will gladly answer questions specifically related to my files (i.e., something is missing/showing differently, won't open, etc). For all printing questions (i.e., how to print files, connection issues with printing having to do with faulty cable connection/wifi issue or ink cartridge problems, etc.), please contact a print shop like Office Depot or Staples to troubleshoot. They are computer savvy and can address your issue much faster than I can :). If you are a digital download novice or this is your first time using a digital, I recommend taking it directly to a print shop.

CAN YOU PRINT/CUT/PUNCH ONE OF YOUR DIGITALS FOR ME?
AS OF 2/16/15: I can print/cut/punch any digital for you. Punch sizes I can do are A5 and Mambi Planner. Just message me with your request prior to purchasing :). If you're requiring a large order (25 prints or more) or require a specialty print/cut order, you would benefit from purchasing the digital version and taking it to a print shop. Not only will you get a faster turnaround time but they have such large volumes that it's easier for them to offer competitive pricing which is more cost effective for you versus me using my home laser printer. :)
